Ichoda mandal is around 274 Km from Hyderabad on the way to Nirmal Adilabad district on NH 7.

From Ichoda, take left and drive towards Bazarhatnoor you have to cross Adegaon Khurd, Pipri to reach Girnur. After driving a distance of 1 km from Girnur village, you can see a sign board showing towards a mud road on the left side it leads to the kankadurga temple and Kanakai waterfalls. It is better to hire a villager as guide who knows competely about Girnur village and about the waterfalls.

we may not see much water in other seasons than monsoon. It is advisable to carry enough water from shops of the village. You have to be careful while climbing the rocks near the waterfalls because they are very slippery.

We can enjoy the place and it take 2hrs are more than that to visit all the three waterfalls.

You can visit this waterfall in (August - October).
Monsoon and Post Monsoons are the best time!
